Virtual Communication Training

Open and effective communication is an integral part of building positive personal and professional relationships, but we know how easy it is for communications to go awry. This program will help participants improve their communications, identify communication gaps, and build new skills to spark successful and positive communications. By mastering these skills, organizations will see an immediate impact in increased productivity, employee engagement and job satisfaction. 

Join Mike Nally, our Founder & CEO, and experienced leadership coach on Zoom for engaging 1.5-hour classes throughout July and August. All adult professionals are welcome! Mike Nally, Founder & CEO

Mike is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for service. He is deeply committed to developing the next generation of leaders. As an executive coach, instructor, and business consultant, he draws on his military experiences, advanced education, and corporate expertise to help people lead effectively. Prior to forming Nally Ventures in 2003, Mike spent 15 years in corporate real estate. He advanced his study in leadership with a B.A. in Military History from University of Maryland and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
