Construction Management

As the Owner’s Rep during construction, we represent the owner in all facets, with an intense focus on cost tracking, reporting and maintaining quality—all while delivering the project on schedule. Our process continuously delivers systematic problem-solving, collaborative contingency planning, and effective team communication to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget.

We oversee the entire construction process and manage the General Contractor, vendors and governmental agencies from ground breaking to building occupancy. Throughout this process we use cutting-edge technology to ensure complete project transparency so you know exactly where the project stands at all times. Using the latest project management software, we are able to forecast potential project issues and resolve them before they can hinder the project. To ensure operational readiness and the confidence of the facility management staff on opening day, we collaborate with operations from the onset and facilitate an ongoing handoff process.

Project Assessments

We know the critical information that needs to be tracked on a scheduled basis. We ensure you have a clear understanding of your project status. We look past the obvious and dive deeper to provide an action plan for current and potential problems that could impact a successful delivery. On a regular basis, we conduct site visits and contractor interviews to deliver a comprehensive report that covers:

  • Tasks completed, upcoming and delayed
  • Current schedule vs. forecasted schedule
  • Summary of potential impacts to budget, schedule and project quality
  • Recommended solutions to project issues

This report gives you the information you need to run your projects with confidence.

Payment Reviews

Validating payment applications is a challenging component of every construction project. Our review process eliminates unknowns of the payment application process. We monitor progress to ensure that the percentage of work completed is equal to the amount billed. Before payment is released, we help to identify any problems, perform a quality assurance evaluation, and confirm accuracy of the payment applications.
